BLACK WOMEN
Black women are at the bottom of society, constantly being disempowered within the domestic and more institutional spheres. Right The Law will represent their interests noting that The unemployment rate for women is higher than that of men, and women are less likely to participate in the labour market.

BLACK MEN
The overwhelmingly black South African men suffer more from direct racism. Such examples include the Victor Mlotshwa case — a man who was forced in a coffin alive. One may also cite Marikana as an incident of discrimination.
Black men are also more politically active than their female counterparts. For example in the Economic Freedom Fighter (second biggest opposition), Black men make up 66% of their support base.
